Career military, graduated in Electronics Technology in 1975 from Ponce Technical Institute, P.R. Educator and student of biblical interpretation. Ordained with the Assemblies of God U.S.A. in 1997, after completing biblical studies with the Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie, Texas. In 1994 and with the help of his wife Mery, planted an AG church in the State of New Mexico. Wife, daughter and two sons are currently active in the Ministry.
